Start together.
Keep the momentum.
A reading challenge turns a personal goal into a generous, playful routine: read, record, discover words, and help one another finish.
Find your reading circle
Explore public groups by the language of the books—not the language of the website. Join an open challenge, request access when approval is required, or start a new group and invite your people.
Your interface language and challenge reading language are separate.Log today’s reading
Choose a book and enter the page range you read. You can log multiple books in one day, add more pages to a book already in progress, and see your reading progress build over time.
Daily entries are open until 23:59; a new day starts a fresh record.Save a quote and a word
After logging your reading, choose a favorite sentence from one of today’s books and submit a word with its meaning. Quotes join the Quote Pool; words become candidates for the arena.
The selected book must be among the books you logged that day.Vote when the arena opens
The previous day’s word vote opens at 00:00 and closes at 14:00. Members can see the candidate words, but never one another’s choices. Daily champions compete for a champion in each ten-day period; after the final daily vote closes, the period champions enter the challenge finale.
The Quote Pool is for sharing and reading—there is no quote vote.Keep the daily promise
Each challenge has a daily page target. Missing the target, the day’s quote, or a required vote puts the member in the penalty list for that day. The dashboard makes the previous day’s status clear, and editors receive a notification.
The challenge runs itself; editors configure it and support the group.Turn a setback into a book
For each penalized member, an automatic draw pairs a book giver from the eligible members. A past winner sits out until everyone has won once. The giver records the book and marks it sent; the recipient confirms delivery.
A shared promise, a real book, and a clear delivery confirmation.
